Custom Home and Property Watch
Let us take care of your home like you would while you’re not there! From Mid October through Mid
April we will visit your home and give you a customized written report.
Home Watch Package Inclusions:
- Bi–weekly or monthly property visit with written report, pictures where appropriate
- Additional visit immediately after a storm to assess any damage
- Walk around outside to inspect for damage
- Walk around inside to inspect for damage
- Check windows, doors, locks to make sure they are secure
- Plumbing and electrical checks
- Water leak checks
- Snow removal from deck or porch
- Key management
- Contractor/vendor referrals and scheduling
- Light outdoor cleanup
- Temperature adjustments
- Open and close house for the season
Typical Packages are either 12 or 6 visits. However, we can do more or less based on your specific
needs. Individual home visits are also available.
Home Maintenance
We can take care of all of your general home maintenance needs. Typical jobs include:
- Open or close your house for the season
- Power wash your house, deck, porch or outdoor furniture
- Organizing or cleaning your garage, basement or storage area
- Lawn clean-up, mulching, weeding, trimming
- Fix or replace screens
- Freshen your paint
- Arrange for house or window cleaning
- Coordinate handy man services
Concierge and Referral Services
Let us find you the best service providers in the area. We live here, we’ve done the research and we
know the people. Just one call to GB and we can:
- Coordinate vendor estimates from plumbers, electricians, painters, HVAC, landscapers
- Arrange to have your house and/or windows cleaned
- Provide a personal chef/cook or wait staff for parties and special events
- Stock your refrigerator with your favorite food. We will do the grocery shopping and
delivery.
- Simply click on the grocery list*, fill in your specific items and send it back to
us. We will have your groceries delivered and in the refrigerator/freezer
prior to your arrival. *If you do not have adobe, get it here
- Make restaurant recommendations and reservations
- Plan parties, beach BBQ, family reunions, etc.
- Make tee times, spa appointments, boating / fishing excursions
- Order flowers
- and much, much more!
Key Management / Home Waiting
We can be there when you can’t. By managing a key to your house we can:
- Open/close your house for deliveries or vendor services
- Coordinate estimates
- Check on your house following storms
- Be on-site while jobs are being completed to ensure quality and satisfaction
For Rent By Owner Services
A second home is an investment - let GB help you make the most of it! We can manage all aspects
related to renting your property.
- Open/close to show your house to prospective renters
- Arrange for key pick-up / drop-off
- Conduct between tenant inspections
- Arrange for house cleaning between renters

Renter Services
Relax from the moment you arrive at the each, let GB take care of all the details! Contact us in
advance of your vacation and everything will be delivered and waiting for you. With just one phone
call we can:
- Coordinate linens for your rental home, including delivery, bed making and pick-up
- Coordinate the rental of all of your beach needs:
- Chairs, umbrellas, carts, cribs, strollers, high chairs, wheelchairs, bicycles,
etc.
- Grocery shopping and delivery
- Simply click on the grocery list*, fill in your specific items and send it back to
us. We will have your groceries delivered and in your refrigerator/freezer
prior to your arrival. *If you do not have adobe, get it here

We started working with GB At Your Service this winter as we were refinishing the
hardwood floors in our beach home. They helped us with furniture moving, letting the
workers in and locking the house at the end of the day. It was such a great help to do a
long distance project. Since then we have started working with Staci and Kathie to
coordinate cleaning, painting and repairs and it has been so easy. They are friendly,
helpful and responsive and have great contractors that they recommend. It has really
allowed us to just come to our beach house and RELAX!

With the purchase of our new beach home in August, came the need for furniture which
we got from various companies over a period of several months. This caused multiple
deliveries and since we live 3 hours away, it required too many last minute three hour
trips which we just couldn't make. When we bought the house, we were given some
information on GB at your Service, so we decided to hire them to act on our behalf. It's
the best decision we could have made! All the people at GB at your Service have been extremely helpful receiving those shipments, even to the point of locating someone with
a forklift to get a dresser onto the top floor which was too cumbersome to carry up the
stairs. Their willingness to go the extra mile, combined with their extensive contacts can pretty much get any job done. Thanks again for all you do!
We returned from Rehoboth a few days ago, and without your help and wonderful
service, our first stay would not have been such a success. You extended yourself to be helpful, and my family and I appreciate all your efforts. Beginning with the linen service
and arranging for our beach umbrellas/chairs, your cheerful assistance was outstanding----
